Q: Do I need to be a Canada Web Hosting's customer to join the partner program?
A: No. You don't have to be Canada Web Hosting's customer to join the partner program.
Q: Are there any fees to join the programs?
A: No. Our partner programs are absolutely free to join. In fact, we pay you when your referrals purchase hosting services from Canada Web Hosting.
Q: How do I join the partner program?
A: It's easy! All you need to do is to fill out the online application form and you are done!
Q: Can I refer more than one customer?
A: Absolutely. You can refer as many customers as you wish.
Q: How does the Partner Program work?
A: The referral agent program is free to join. Apply online to be a referral agent partner of Canada Web Hosting. You may choose to refer customers during the application or refer at a later date. After the information is reviewed by our staff, we will approve your partner status. When your referred customer contacts Canada Web Hosting by signing up online or by phone, he/she will need to provide us with your name and contact details for us to verify the information.
Q: What is the difference between Channel Partner Program and Referral Agent Program?
A: Our Channel Partner Program is designed towards larger organizations or association that would like to expand services offering and add value to their existing customer base. Channel Partners also have an opportunity to propose any product or service solutions and become a business partner of Canada Web Hosting.
Referral Agent Program is ideal for individuals and organizations with occasional customer hosting needs that might not necessarily have a customer base.
Q: How do I get paid?
A: If you are currently a customer of Canada Web Hosting, we will credit your hosting account with Canada Web Hosting. If you are not a customer of Canada Web Hosting, we will send you a check for each new Canada Web Hosting customer you referred to us. A commission payment is made 60 days after the referral client is activated and the first initial invoice has been paid to Canada Web Hosting.
Q: Do I get paid when my referral purchase additional services after the initial purchase? A: No. You only receive commission from the initial purchase your referrals made.
Q: Does your referral agent program include shared hosting referrals?
A: No. The referral agent program currently only applies to dedicated hosting, managed hosting or colocation contract with Canada Web Hosting.
Q: Do you offer reseller program?
A: Yes we do. Please refer to our Synergy Reseller Program.
Q: Do you offer private label program?
A: No. We currently don't offer private label program.
