Canada Web Hosting Announces New Board of Advisors:

Influential IT Leaders to Guide Strategic Growth

    Toronto, ON - February 20, 2007:

Canada Web Hosting (CWH), a Canadian-owned and operated leader in the field of managed web hosting services, announces the recent appointment of a new national Board of Advisors to help guide its strategic growth and development.

"I am extremely pleased that these respected and influential leaders in the managed hosting industry have agreed to assume a key role in the future of our company," says Brian Shepard, President and CEO of Canada Web Hosting. "Each brings a wealth of experience in not just managed web hosting, but hands-on knowledge in growing a successful and profitable business. I am confident that the diversity of their perspectives, and their individual track records of sound judgment and success will be invaluable in guiding our future growth. They will become an important part of all of our key initiatives, particularly issues related to growth, risk management and legal strategies."

Mr. Shepard says Canada Web Hosting is a company poised to maintain its high quality of service and growth over the coming years. "We have the strength and breadth of solution, a great team of dedicated professionals, and now an incredible group of advisors with solid ties to the managed hosting industry, that will be an invaluable resource in enabling us to achieve our goals."

The Canada Web Hosting Board of Advisors includes:

    Lorien Gabel

Mr. Gabel is a lawyer and entrepreneur who has successfully built two IT companies. The first, Interlog Internet Services, was founded in 1994. With Interlog, he was one of the first people in Canada to recognize the value of the burgeoning internet market. In April 2000, with venture-capital backing from Micron, Mr. Lorien then founded Bird on a Wire Networks, one of the first Canadian companies to capitalize on the shift from co-location services to managed hosting services. Mr. Lorien is now working on his third start-up, uPing.com.

    Sandip Gupta

Mr. Gupta is a senior executive with 17 years experience managing and growing global technology product and service businesses. He is the former President and CEO of Ensim, a leader in service enablement and hosting automation software solutions that were sold to more than 150 service providers around the world. At Ensim, he was instrumental in negotiating and executing a multi-year strategic co-development and marketing agreement with Microsoft. The relationship resulted in Ensim becoming a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner and ISV of the Year. Mr. Gupta is an astute financier, with a strong understanding of start-up-related fundraising and cross-border merger and acquisition transactions.

    Joseph Kibur

Mr. Kibur is the CEO and founder of General Backup Systems Inc., a start-up company focused on developing an enterprise-level, online storage system. He was the co-founder and former CEO of NetNation Communications Inc. until that company was sold to Hostway Corporation in 2003. Mr. Kibur led NetNation from the early stages, to its listing on NASDAQ, and then onto international expansion. NetNation was the largest web hosting and domain-name registrar in Canada.

    Tom Schill

Mr. Schill has over 25 years in the telecommunications industry. Most recently, he managed all operational functions for Qwest's hosting business. He was responsible for expanding that business from five, to over 16 data centres spanning about 900,000 square feet of space, as well as for implementing quality processes, including ITIL. Under his leadership, Qwest's hosting business grew from less than 50 customers to over 150 Fortune 500 companies, including financial, medical, US Government, entertainment and legal.

    Myles Bruckal
