      Canada Web Hosting backs all its eMax hosting services with friendly, knowledgeable and responsive 24/7 technical support from our Customer Service Center in Canada's 'Silicon Vineyard': Kelowna, BC, Canada. Unlike many web hosts, we do not outsource any of our front line technical support overseas.
    • Custom Server Administration
      Canada Web Hosting includes $225 (3 hours @ $75) of FREE custom web and application server administration a month with every eMax account. Custom server administration services are typically initiated by the client and managed as a project with a work schedule and estimated time to complete. For example, this service would cover helping install or debug a web package, script or application. Additional hours are billed at $75 per hour.
    • Database Administration
      Canada Web Hosting provides dedicated MySQL and MS SQL database services on our high performance databases to every eMax client. This service includes expert Database Administration (DBA) support for MSSQL and MySQL. Our MySQL and certified MS SQL and Oracle DBA's can help you confront a full range of database issues including: trouble shooting, performance optimizations, upgrades and capacity planning. Oracle and Advanced MySQL and MS SQL DBA support is billed at $150 per hour.

    Unity Control Panel

    The Unity hosting control panel is Canada Web Hosting's proprietary server and account management system. Although simple enough for a hosting novice to use, Unity is powerful enough to manage UNIX and Windows servers in Toronto and Vancouver from the same login and interface.
