    Brian Shepard, Founder & Chief Executive Officer

    Brian Shepard leads Canada Web Hosting's growth, financing and business planning. He is focused on building industry partnerships, acquisitions, recruiting quality personnel and shaping the culture of the company to embody its core business values. He has over ten years experience operating his own companies in the hosting industry and majored in computer science and economics at Brock University.

    Kelly Beardmore, Chief Technical Officer

    Kelly Beardmore has helped turn Canada Web Hosting into a leading provider of managed hosting services in Canada through his vision and dedication to operational excellence. Mr. Beardmore was RackForce Hosting Inc.'s Operations Manager and Business Strategist for three years before moving to Canada Web Hosting in October of 2004. Mr. Beardmore holds a Bachelors Degree in Politics from the University of British Columbia and a Masters Degree in Contemporary Political and Social Thought from the University of Victoria.

    Michael Turcsanyi, Director of IT Services

    Michael Turcsanyi is responsible for Canada Web Hosting's IT Services (Support and Delivery). He is a certified ITIL Practitioner in change, configuration and release management and holds certifications from Microsoft and Cisco. Mr. Turcsanyi was also the IT Manager for The Equitable Trust Company and most recently the Release Manager for the Royal Bank of Canada's Action Direct online trading application. In addition, he was the co-founder of Bagna Networks Inc. which was acquired by Canada Web Hosting in 2005. Mr. Turcsanyi holds a diploma in Network Engineering Technology from the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology.

    Spencer Rasmussen, Director of Infrastructure Services

    Spencer Rasmussen is responsible for building and maintaining the IT infrastructure on which Canada Web Hosting delivers its managed hosting services. He joined Canada Web Hosting in February 2005 from NetNation where he worked for five years as the Network Operations Manager and a Senior Systems Engineer. Mr. Rasmussen is highly regarded within the hosting industry for both his technical skill and his ability to manage technical staff.

    Will Childs, Director of Sales

    Will Childs is responsible for global field operations including sales, alliances and channels and customer programs. Prior to joining Canada Web Hosting, he was a Technical Account Manager & Global Account Manager for Oracle, looking after several Fortune 500 clients within Oracle's International Strategic Accounts Group where he developed and deployed a very successful strategy for client engagement. Prior to his career at Oracle, Mr. Childs held various consulting positions with Britannia Software PLC and Digital Equipment Corporation. Mr. Childs holds a B.Sc. (Honours) in Computing from Leeds Metropolitan University and serves as an advisory member on the boards of several organizations and charitable trusts.
